For Delivery Call Center

...I have ordered for just only 3 McDonald's Meal that is composed of Double-cheese burger plus large softdrink and fries at exactly 16:05 hrs... the agent commited that delivery will come by for about 45 mins max... but 55 mins gone by and still the delivery haven't arrived... so our group decided to cancel the order due to the delay that we experienced... We wished that next time McDonald's in Qatar will make some better improvements to customers...
