About Tajine

Tajine is a delightful Moroccan restaurant, one of the few in Doha. The famous Moroccan Dish from which it takes its name - Tajine - is naturally served, as is the other Moroccan favorite, Cous Cous. Tajine is the only restaurant we know of in Doha that serves Camel meat. Indoor, outdoor and rooftop seating is available. Sheesha is served.

Driving Directions

Inside the famous Souq Waqif, Tajine is located right in the heart of the central cluster of restaurants. If you approach from the large car park, you'll see Tajine on the left even before you enter the Souq.

I've been to Morocco and this is very average Moroccan food at not-so-cheap prices. The service is slow too but since the ambience is so nice I'd didn't mind waiting. Fortunately, I also had a shisha to keep me busy which, by the way, was excellent.
