About Turkey Central

Turkey Central is one of our favorite restaurants for Turkish/Arabic cuisine. While the ambience isn't great for a family outing, the food is lip-smackingly delicious. This is a must-try for fans of Arabic cuisine, though if you're with your family you might want to consider the takeaway or delivery option.

Driving Directions

Once you turn right on to Al Nasr Street just before hitting Ramada Junction, proceed straight ahead. Turkey Central is on right on the block immediately after Doha clinic.

best mixed grill in the game

Hands down the best mixed grill i have ever tasted. I've tried all and Turkey Central's is the best! The place is noisy but, the food is fantastic.

Turkey Central Restaurant

Turkey Central Restaurant is about the food and not the atmosphere. The restaurant is simple with not so fancy tables and chairs. However, the food is presented well and delicious, just like you would expect of typical Middle Eastern fare. We had the Mixed Appetizers (hummus, baba ganoush, olive & tomato salad, carrot cream salad, cabbage salad, and a spicy salad) and the main mixed grill of chicken, beef, and lamb. The appetizers were good and what you would expect. Surprisingly the carrot cream salad was really good (I'm not a fan of carrots and I thought it tasted like a crab salad...). The presentation of the grill is quite unique with the meat under the bread and some veggies arranged on top of the bread (it looks really neat). Overall, this restaurant is good for ordering take-out for a group/party or just for home or for stopping by for a quick meal.
